  • Our hangar offers 13,000 square feet of unobstructed floor space. Depending on your layout (seated gala vs. standing cocktail reception), we can comfortably accommodate between 1200 and 2200 guests.

  • Absolutely. However, per Scottsdale Airport’s voluntary noise abatement program, we encourage outdoor amplified sound to conclude by 10:00 PM to remain a good neighbor to the surrounding community.

  • Yes. For non-profit 501(c) organizations, you will need to apply for an Arizona Series 15 Special Event License at least 10 days prior to your event. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartending service.

  • We are a "blank canvas" venue, meaning you are welcome to bring in the professional catering team of your choice.

  • We do have a small kitchen setup in the diner inside the hangar that may be used for your event. Most caterers find our open layout and easy large-vehicle access perfect for mobile kitchen setups

  • We provide the space and the power. Most clients work with an event production company to bring in specialized lighting, staging, and sound systems to suit their specific theme.
